Measure the length of the room or area by the width of the room or area. For example 10 foot by 20 foot room would be 200 square feet

Following the example we would then times this by our current price of .42 cents a square foot. Your raw room cost would be $84.00.

Price Adjustments

We will adjust that price down for unremovable objects in the room once on site. Furniture would be based on size and pleating of fabric. Stairs we figure it out by width, and count of steps.
